Good Ol’ Days.

I hear kids playing “hide and seek” outside my apartment. Hearing them play reminds me of the time when I used to be their age doing the same exact thing. Having a group of friends play whatever came to mind to keep us from being bored. Whether it be hide and seek or tag, we always kept moving and being active.

No fucks were given at this time and age. No problems about girls, homework was a joke and very easy. The only thing we worried about was when our friends didn’t get along or if one of us got hurt. When we played, that was the only things we cared about. Nothing more.

Life was easy back then, we pick a game and just run with it. But now as time progresses and we age, life picks the game for us, and for that, we must run with it.

He is THE WORST LIVING CRIMINAL. He abducts children and makes them use guns to kill their own parents. He takes girls and forces them to be sex slaves. He calls his abducted children the Lord’s Resistance Army, AKA the LRA. He has abducted over 30,000 children and forced them to be child soldiers in Central Africa. He remains at large because he is INVISIBLE to the world. FEW know his name, even FEWER know his crimes. WE ARE MAKING HIM FAMOUS! Because when he is, the world will unite against him and demand his arrest.

We can help make a change. We can make a difference.

I feel so inspired. I feel the need to help and make a difference. This has to happen in 2012. We can’t let him go around and keep doing this to children in Central Africa. Let’s make his name known so he can be stopped. HE CAN NO LONGER BE INVISIBLE!

It’s true.

It’s true about what they say. They say that:

material things aren’t the ones that make you happy..

Yeah I may have some money to get by, I have a car that I like, I have things that some people don’t have (video games, tv, food, shelter, etc.).

But none of those things matter when you have no one special to share these things with.

Food for thought, as well as a life lesson that I realized now more than ever.
